Alpha Fusion offers a pro-active remote consultancy support service (Managed Services) for those clients utilising J.D. Edwards ERP software, whether it is WorldSoftware or OneWorld, our approach, customer service and flexibility make us one of the market leaders. Managed Services was developed for organisations that wish to reduce internal support costs and maximise their system efficiency. It was also designed to reduce the unwanted expenditure on contracted resources which have to be utilised on a full time and often over minimum contract durations of 3 months to attract the right calibre of people. The support service can be scaled to your business demands by selecting one of our Support Plans which then becomes a fixed cost per month with no hidden surprises. You can now have that resource available to work on your issues for five days per week, every month, regardless of the number of issues raised.
A Monthly progress meeting is held to analyse the performance against the Service Level Agreement, which is conducted by the Account Manager, this also helps to build the working relationship and how both parties need to conduct business together. If a consultant is required to be on site for whatever duration, Alpha Fusion has built into the Managed Services contract, preferential rates which can be applied.
